I doubt that. These kinds of videos only give you a temporary boost in motivaton, dopamine rush, kick if you will. If you want real motivation you have to take action in the fundamental areas in your life. 8 hours of sleep, good nutrition, regular exercise and suppliment that with meditation and cold showers. It's when you get the fundamentals right, you can think about motivation. Alot of us, haven't even got those right to even think about living the life we want to live. Besides, school might not even be the right path for someone.
What your saying is bullshit. Not only when fundamentals are right, you need to take charge at something if you want it. DOn't wait. GO

I show these kind of videos to my student every morning before we start class. Love it and so do they!
It's because people want to succeed but not work for it. The key to these motivational videos is not to get inspired by watching them every day, it's to realize that motivation is not enough. Motivation comes from desire, but determination comes from hard work. Both are needed to succeed.

yeah but by watching every day it reminds you to stay on task. the mind is fickle and a temporary motivation is easily forgotten unless you constantly fuel it.
Hadrian agreed these videos work either way but if you re taking action everyday..motivational videos are the path to wake up the champion side of mind i would say.

Hey, I was wondering if you could make a video that is Academically inclined. I mean, most of your videos show working outs and gymming and stuff, but it would be really inspirational to many with an academically inclined motivational video
Rashaad Jaffer The great thing about these videos is that they don't apply to a single thing, instead they apply to life. Whether it's school, sports, fitness, work, etc. Listen to the message. "What do you want", think about how the message applies directly to academia.
Rashaad Jaffer pretty difficult to do that, would be tough to find clips of that stuff.

Life is full of challenges, not obstacles
I do online school so I don't have to get up at 6 am. Because of that, I've lost all motivation to school, I usually get all F's, once in a while I'll get D's. Besides that, I've given up. This NOT bullshjt people. A simple idea can change everything. Think about our past. Someone had an idea "hmmm, maybe the earth is not flat, what if its round?" or another one "Hmm, maybe there is a way I could fly like those birds" and probably one of the best " hmm, what if there was a way to share information faster and across large distances? all these ideas i listed came true only because someone thought about it. I believe thoughts do become things. If no one thought of a way to travel faster we would still be using horses.

I like how you ended it making it look like it was the same person except in the past. It was as if the whole bodybuilder segment was just the dream or the "idea" and then at the end he wakes up with a new determined will. But you could also look at it as the bodybuilding segment is what actually happened and it was just showing the past of him envisioning the future or dreaming of the "idea". That's what I saw in this video anyways. Really great job.
