Mutual funds depend on markets, when int he period from 2008 to 2018 there is no growth in markets, stock market is like gambling with enormous growth and realestate is constant with defnite growth in my veiw

True caller download cheskondi sir. If you get fraud, unknown numbers then report and block them. Mostly don't give your mobile number to pay bills at shops, restaurants, anywhere when they ask your number. Don't hesitate to ask for a bill without giving your mobile numbers. They might sell our contacts to agencies for business.
Give some wrong address and ask them to visit for documentation do it for couple of times , they will finally block you
Problem with MF is that they can go for Toss , NAV can come down than the investment if the market is down . We can go for hybrid funds but returns are mediocre . Other hand real estate in Bangalore has given min 25 to 50 % returns

depends on area..but 2 years double is not possible
For returns, you have to calculate compounded retruns atleast for the period of 8 to 10+ years. In realestate, your property may rise in 1 or 2 years suddenly due to some event or development in that area but in the period of 8 to 10 years there may less development and your property price may get stagnant or reduce as well. So you need to check what is your returns for long term period like minimum 8 to 10 years for any asset be it real estate, gold, mutual funds, fixed deposits etc. I mean to say your property wont double every 2 years.. may be once in 10 years if it is really good area..

If you are not getting minimum of 24% or 2/- interest returns in Real estate...then you are not doing Real estate...Being a Software engineer, i started my real estate journey 4 yrs back..with in 3 yrs my investment got doubled...Sodi aapandi

2000% returns aa? on an average 12% returns were given for last 10 years i.e for every 6 years your property got doubled acc to real estate experts.. generally in 10 years, if your property value doubled means your CAGR is 7% only.. Ofcourse returns depends on where you bought property and how it is increased..
