Dear Candace, is it true that these emotional responses are often triggered by a few specific people(in your family or friends circle or workplace)? But when you think about it, they seem so normal and non-threatening - so you believe something must be wrong with you for taking offense when there was none. But it's when you start to have boundaries and you start to trust your feelings is when you realize that these specific people often violated your boundaries in very subtle ways that you didn't know to describe at the moment. Therefore, you suppressed your discomfort and continued to believe that it must have been you (because everyone else thinks so)

Your message was so similar to his ways of not taking in negativity to let it trick u into believing any of anyone's trash nonsense. How about when your emotional self leads to rupture in relationships? Is the inner guide different from the emotional self? I want to finally understand this, when people say follow your inner voice, trust your feelings...
YES your inner guidance is an emotional guidance system but the difference is that YOU are not your emotions. It is about becoming the "observer" of our emotions while still giving them validation. When they take over our relationships it is because we have given them too much power.

I am sort of lost and disoriented trying to fit in with a group of guys since my college buddies all migrated to the US; it just feels like no matter how I try to fit in I am still 'not seen'. I sort of gave up Candace; I don't know if it's worth fighting on to be different and unique when it seems like we are just left out.

Actually high vibration is not what we need. I assume "what we need" based on the rest of the description and issues people want to avoid. High vibration thickens our matter and encapsulates us even further (away from awareness and spiritual enlightenment). What we really need is higher FREQUENCY with lower vibration. Higher frequency means that we are more frequently aware and comprehend more information in the same time period. In other words, we'd expand. High vibration is the opposite and won't get us where I assume we want to go. (I say "I assume" only because maybe someone needs or wants to have the experience of high vibration and low frequency, it's a free choice and the information of both sides should be available).
