ND 27 - 17. ND is more physical than they get credit for .. and they have more skill players than Georgia .. or at least put that skill in better position. ND is not in any way fearful of Gunner Stockton. A 10 point loss might even be too generous to Georgia.

2:23 no. It was not his final play. Becks’s final play of that game was actually the final play of the game, when he passed it off to the RB for the win.
Answer: Ohio State
Let the other overconfident teams do this kind of talking.
The answer is the University of Notre Dame.
Imagine if the SEC Champion loses to Notre Dame?!!! How embarrassing!!!
Lol when is the last time ND did anything? UGA has 2 chips in the last few years and a nice positive game record against the "Fighting" Irish....
@@CODmustang6511 exactly - If they lose to them it will be a huge failure and wildly embarrassing.
@@cfb1743with a backup qb making his first career start yea it will be embarrassing. Not!! Stop being a casual dude
@@Kingbuzz92 It's the SEC - they have far superior rosters, better coaches and have proven it over and over again. If the SEC Champion loses it is a bad look
With a backup QB? Nah.
I would say the powers that be have already instructed the refs to help Georgia advance so im hoping ND gets an early lead like Ohio State did and takes the will to win out of the Georgia players especially going in with their backup qb and the tension thats gonna cause them on the sidelines if he throws a costly interception early
ND 28-21!
😂
Go Irish
I have ND by two scores.
🤣🤣🤣 Dream on!
22-19 Irish
The Bulldogs are about to remind Notre Dame while they don't even deserve to be in the playoffs!
RAYBUN COUNTY‼️‼️ them country boys ain’t gonna let the DAWGS down🐶
no pressure on ND, nobody expects them to win outside of ND fans, and if they dont well freeman got us into the playoff and a victory in the playoffs. Anything less than winning it all gets questions in the background if smart still has it. now if ND makes the playoffs next year and flames out then yea pressure in the future on ND.
Nobody is questioning if “smart still has it” that’s beyond idiotic. they just won the sec playing the hardest schedule in college football and just won 2 of the last 3 natty’s.
@@autonomouspilgrimage6137 blah blah blah.. if ND wins and you think nobody is going to question him then you are new to college football. He is expected to win by 2 scores at least (I dont care what the betting line is) nobody turns on a coach faster than football fans when he loses a game they are certain to win.
@@Irishhaf blah blah blah….just say you have no clue what you’re talking about and keep it moving…..Kirby Smart has done things the past 4 years that keep his job almost indefinitely…..obviously media and fans will turn on him like Dabo if he stops winning but right now he’s won back to back natty’s for the first time in 4 team playoff, fastest SEC head coach to 100 wins in sec history, has dominated his rivals, most draft picks in the modern draft for one, two, and three years, most first rounders ever in the modern draft, haven’t lost a home game since 2019, didn’t lose a regular season game for over 3 years, has played for a natty 3 times and is 2-1. Has a record of 105-18, is 5-1 in the playoffs, and 9-2 in bowl games. Just won the sec championship with the hardest schedule in college football with a back up QB coming in for a half and leading the team to a win.
Georgias 2024 Senior Class
52-4 record
Back to back national champions
25-0 at home
15-0 against their rivals
Longest winning streak in SEC history
39 weeks as AP #1 team
58 weeks in AP top 5
All the pressure is on Notre Dame and the fact they haven’t won anything meaningful since the early 90’s, and now they’re playing a back up QB in his first start since high school
@@autonomouspilgrimage6137 got it, you are new... remember his predecessor, many folks thought he was untouchable till he wasnt, let him lose to ND and then have an ounce of struggle next year and people will want his head on a platter. Its the way college football goes for head coaches.
@@Irishhaf oh moving that goal post from “if he loses this game “ to “if he loses AND has a bad season next year.”
yeah you don’t know what you’re talking about…got it. I’m old enough to be your dad….i was around for the end of Dooley, was there for the dark ages through the 90’s. Richt was gone because he couldn’t win the big game….he choked SEVERAL times, and never was able to get to the dance much less win it….he was a great coach and more importantly a great man but his ceiling was 10 wins and winning the sec every once in a while. There were grumblings for Richt being gone for years before it happened.
NOBODY has done what Kirby has done and not beating Notre Dame Wednesday is going to change the perception of a man two years removed from winning a national championship…that just won the sec with a back up QB….get real
With all of our injuries this season is a success no matter what happens.
Give us non-SEC (or Big10) refs and the game is close.
ESPN College usually has trash takes when it comes to Georgia, this is one of the more substantive ones. You did the work analyzing the game...which is what you would expect from analysts. But unfortunately, it seems like it's usually about "feels."
It all comes down to the 4th quarter. Go DawGs
To jail
Notre dame. This is Georgia’s back yard everyone has talked about how bad they are this year. They play better against the wall.
Oh God of Moses, have mercy on Notre Dame ! They knoweth not what is about to bite their A$$ 🐶
U convict?
I think Notre Dame has to start winning these games. Close isn't good enough. Oh we play Georgia clothes we played Ohio State close. No more of that. We got to win some of these. Go Irish 🍀
Well, I guess UGA shouldn't even get off the plane unless they are just there to party on Bourbon St. Oh well, we are the SEC champs so at least we have that. Congrats to ND for the 2025 Natty.
What are you talking about? Georgia will beat ND
Your not in Kansas anymore Georgia!
Well I think that either Nd is gonna win or UGA will
ND 27 - 17. ND is more physical than they get credit for .. and they have more skill players than Georgia .. or at least put that skill in better position. ND is not in any way fearful of Gunner Stockton. A 10 point loss might even be too generous to Georgia.
😅😅🤣🤣🤣🤣😁....there's not even enough luck in Ireland for that to happen...
For a team that has not won a real big game in decades you guys sure are full of it.
😂
the team that lost to NIU is more physical? what planet are these people living on 😂
@@holdengambleLike UGA let UMass have 220 rushing yards or Miss. State throw for 300, or let GT score 40 points and pushed them to 8OT. Let a 3 loss Bama score 40 (who couldn't score 7 on OK), or let Ole Miss pound them, or barely beat trash Kentucky by 1, yet we gonna act like you're dominant?
ND dont want UGA when they are the most hungriest. They are the hair follicles on UGA nuts!!
Man that's gross. Good luck with your backup against the best defense in the nation.
Notre Dame not a question. Whats his nuts needs to actually do something over in that no-man’s-land of a school.
Normally, I'd say UGA given how bad the SEC has looked so far.
But this time I'm going with ND. They have an atrocious record in big bowls (playoffs, natty, or NY6 bowls), another loss would really beg the question if they can handle big games.
It's already been begged years ago. Do you know the definition of insanity?
I'd be really worried if Herschel Walker had any impact on this game, but he doesn't and neither does NDs bowl performance over the last 30 years.
Georgia hasn't lost a bowl game since 2018 , has no worse than a #4 recruiting class over the past 4 years according to 247 sports, Plus also has four wins over teams In the college football bracket, Plus the Irish lost to a G5 team called Northern Illinois.... And you pick Notre Dame to win this game. Got it.
@mattobrien6053 it did every year for the last 30 years.
@mattobrien6053 If you are Notre Dame fan, you need to be more worried that your team has average athleticism, consistent with what one could find at a typical, big city YMCA..
Your team is getting ready to face a roster filled with early mid-round NFL talent. This is a bad matchup for Notre Dame.
The answer is Notre Dame.
Defense is key here. I do not see both offenses able to get a rhythm. I could see this being a low scoring game.
17-14 ND.
I just think ND has too good of a perimeter. Which i think keeps them in the game. Best db’s in the country.
I’m an Ohio State fan, so don’t think this is bias take. I just think ND’s defense is good. Like really good.
🤡
You realize that ND doesn’t have the best dbs in the game according to nfl scouts? Morrison is hurt and starks and Everette are rated higher than both ND active guys. Get a clue.
lmfao so you think ND’s defense is better than UGA’s? Texas would dog walk ND. Get ready to see how we hit down here in the SEC, ND hasn’t played anyone like us all year 😂
@@Dre_WoeTexas isn’t even that good. 😂 Gtfoh.
@ for the love of god, I’m not even a ND fan. I despise ND, but Notre Dame literally dog walked Georgia Tech this season and GT went to 6 OT’s with Georgia.
For you to say Tennessee beats the brakes off Notre Dame is pretty wild.. especially the way they played Ohio state, who lost to Michigan .. who lost to Indiana.
Indiana > Tennessee if you want play that game.
Getting that kicking leg ready for a grown man on all fours barking at me 😂
Yeah, right. You know good and well that you'll cowar away like a wee little leprechaun. 😂
@ negative rampart.
More pressure to win? Georgia lost their starting QB in the 11th hour. They’re playing with house money the rest of the way.
One word: Salukis
Georgias too solid… Wont be too suprised if we got an upset tho
What no one is talking about is that Notre Dame has the highest rated coverage grade in the nation and are allowing just a 51 average passer rating to opposing QB’s. Now I’m expected to believe a 1st time starting QB will hold up against the best secondary in the nation? Notre Dame will cruise
Weak schedules produce amazing stats.
@@MikeM.1971.GenX. PFF adjusts their grades for strength of schedule so I know it’s very easy to throw out the strength of schedule argument as a casual, but you’re going to have to try harder than that 🤕
NEXT!
Notre Dame will cruise? Georgia hasn’t lost an out of conference game since 2019. Say that to yourself and think about it.
Georgia is going to win. And it will be the same old same old from Notre Dame fans and pundits.
@ possibly the worst piece of analysis you can do is say “well in years past this happened” past years have absolutely nothing to do with the current year. Please attach at least some sort of relevant analysis if you’re going to reply
@@austinfigueroa4851 that might be true except for the fact that Georgia still hasn’t lost an out of conference game.
Seems pretty relevant.
I know that sounds foreign to a team afraid to join a conference.
Run heavy team couldn't run against Indiana, but somehow gonna run vs the Dawgs?? GA don't hurt em.
Notre Dame played a weak schedule.
I'll pick Georgia
that means ND will win

Why is no one talking about the bowls that just happened? Iowa St Miami was a blast!
Because the Miami QB quit/left the game when they were ahead.
