Great mix of technical and open space to test the machines. You have some great land. Need spots like that up here in MA. Most of the banshee owners up here stick to the streets, waste of the bikes talent.
If I got the banshee I'd obviously ride it as I've never rode one before. But I'd probably put the Yamaha Banshee song on and pretend I was in that old video from when we were kids lol. I will have a banshee one day!

Have you seen the gasgas 300 wild? Its a suped up 300 enduro motor in a chassis you might be interested in them. Kind of like a modern 250.
