Jack, you are right...the heat is not for everyone. I had a client from CA buy in May, and she sold in September...she couldn't take it. Thanks for your comment and for watching.
I don't necessarily think it is gone, but it is definitely more challenging to sell in CA with the issues they have with Homeowners Insurance etc. Buyers can afford the home, but the Homeowners insurance is another story! I have plenty of Cali's trying to get out of the state, but they haven't been able to sell their properties. Thanks for watching!

A lot of people prefer the heat over brutal winters.....hence the massive influx to the area.... People have AC but they don't want to shovel snow.
