Amazing video. Since you have asked about the future videos, in normal coaching there is a lot of confusion on using wrist all the time and sometimes shoulders.. so I would like to understand when do we use wrist, forearm and when shoulders? Drills to improve the smash too is an interesting topic..
Super difficult area, I think you pretty much both use wrist and shoulder in all shots… Hmm.. anyway you could be more specific? Are there any particular situation you’re thinking of? ☺️
Landing is important - For the ability to move forward fast it's important you land on the left foot first and then the right (This of course if you are a right hander) 😉😉

I find hardest to do the last step with your left leg 1:13 since at every other singles shots you want to have space between your legs 😅
Haha yes, requires a bit practice. Try and practice without the shuttle as a start ☺️
At first i was hard to do that...but it become a habit when you always do it

Net necessarily, but you probably need some chasse a smaller jump to get to the shuttle with the right timing.
