Just upgraded from a BB1000 to this BB2000 after 20 years. Been 1 day of Electric Bidet 2000 experience. Not much difference from my 1000 but still happy with my new Toy!!
Congrats. Can you please tell me what are the actual differences between the 1000 & 2000? I want to get the 2000, but for some reason Lowes only carries the 1000, and I have a 250 GC with them that I need to use. Really appreciate any insight! TIA! ☮
@THE-X-Force there's not much difference except the pressure is not as strong as the 1000 which is fine. The remote is also smaller. The only new thing is there is a purple night light on the 2000. I can't think of anything else I just wish the remote had a light to see in the dark when you press the buttons.
@@THE-X-Force One important difference is the water pressure being dropped down a notch since that pressure is a huge reason for many to choose BB. The other big change is the BB1000 water tower/tank sitting behind you holding warm water that must be heated each time it empties has been replaced by a heater powerful enough to provide an endless flow of warmth. This is especially important to multi-use families (have you ever worried that the person before you in the shower might use up all of the hot water before your turn?). I don't know if the tank is much smaller though because the BB2000 has that heater in it as well as a enough warm water to start you off. However, as Shakespeare would say if he had an electronic bidet, therein lies the rub! Because as I understand it that BB1000 extra force comes from the extra pressure of the downward gravitational force of the stored water pushing against the water at the exit (the BB2000 water also starts out a little stronger for this reason). So you will have to choose which is most important to you. Unfortunately BB was not so greedy for new customers so that they did not bother to improve the dryer fan to compete with toto.
I'm wondering why my BB2000 does not recognize my remote unless I hold it over to the far right of the toilet and the point it at the little control panel on that side.

The dryer keeps shutting off after a few seconds! Is it replaceable?
I just installed it. Worked once now, the power light flashes and no longer works. An expensive one time use. 😢
How do you adjust the temperature units on the remote from Metric to English
Celsius to Fahrenheit? Thank you
