Nice video! I've been looking at the Bresser range they look nice telescopes for the price. Have you had a chance to observe anything through it yet? I would be intrested in what the quailty of the optics are like. Stay safe buddy clear skies
hi there , yes i finallly had one clear night and a full moon so i took time to look at the moon and it was really clear but i was a little disappointed with the magnification so i brought a cheap 2x barlow lens and that really helped ,but i wanted to get even closer so i got a 10 mm 2 inch eyepiece and that has made things much sharper and nearer and a lot easier to see through as i ware glasses, the optics look good to me and seem perfectly reasonable but having never even looked through a telescope before i cant make a comparison but im happy with it and think its good value for the money, hope this helps take care my friend and i wish you clear skies.
@@garyscorner1183 I'm glad to hear you've have had a chance to look through it, very frustrating if it's cloudy for two months after purchasing it, belive me I've been there. As it is your first telescope feel free to e-mail me if you have any questions it will be a pleasure to help. Take care friend, and enjoy those clear nights. my email: smalloptics@gmail.com
@@garyscorner1183what eyepieces did the telescope have ? A barlow isn’t a great Idee because it looses some image quality. It’s much to buy a wide field 6 mm or 7 mm eyepiece for a higher magnification.
I bought a bresser skylux 70/700 SF its a quite beginner telescope but i couldn’t see anything trough, my first one. But ok. I gave it to my nephew maybe he is gonna make it better than me. Nice video
Thanks Gary! Just bought the same one second hand, now i know what to expect. Cheers!
Have fun!
