      I and my husband were in debts for three years until I came across this dude on UA-cam and I explained my predicament to him, he then introduced me to an hacker that grant loans and does bank hack, PayPal hack, ,credit score fix, bank account, phone hack(cheating husband or wife) western union hack, cash app top up, credit card top up hack, NFCU referral/sponsorship, loan approval, Instagram verification, Facebook and many more. After the hacker went through my information, my debt of $30k was cleared by him. Now I’m debt free. you can reach him on WhatsApp +17204430671 (he doesn't take upfront) he is very fast and reliable...

      Set up a savings account and have a stop order run from your main account that deposits 10% of your monthly allowance into that savings account, not for just interest purposes, but this will allow you to save money each month, it adds up to a lot. It's sounds simple but you're going to be happy at the end of each month. Save for about 12 months minimum and in that time, take some time to learn investments, see if you can grow this money. It's hard, but also control your expenses, so that you can comfortably save

      goweditswe_m read George Clayson’s book, The Richest Man in Babylon. It is the finest financial advise which nobody wants you to know and I wish I read this book as a teenager. First principle is, A 10th of all you earn is yours to keep- including that R50 note which we tend to just gloss over and ignore. Then you must find productive use so that it multiplies- interest bearing account, reinvest into a cash generative business interest etc etc. The bottom line is that money makes money and not many people understand this. But one must be disciplined and patient. Good luck

    Also people don’t shy away from buying secondhand cars, cars depreciate the moment you drive them out of the lot, we should let go of this obsession with owning a brand new car where you’ll be paying thru your nose for a significant amount of time, rather use that money to invest in something that appreciates over time!

      Makes total sense but on the flip side you have to know what to look out for in a pre-owned car and also make sure you buy it from a "reputable" dealer, I heard alot of horror stories from people buying pre-owned cars and couple weeks/months later those cars start giving them issues.

      If you save R4500 every month, it will take 27 months to get R120 000 and by that time, the price of cars will have escalated.

    • @siyabongamngoma8933
      @siyabongamngoma8933 5 років тому +6

      Every situation is different man: Not everyone earn big cash in order to save R4500 a month. But have dreams to own a car mind you, some starts working at an age of 28/29 so saving for a car could take up to 10 years. The desire of owning a car is too strong when a person is young (23 years old to 28). So I definitely don' t see a problem with saving for a deposit then finance a car. As long you gonna manage the monthly installment and maintenance

    Hey Financial Bunny, tell me, when buying a car, mathematically/logically or otherwise neh, between the bank and the dealership, "Who controls the interest rate"?

    Skip the deposit altogether... It's often useless if you're not intending to keep the car. Most people trade in after 3 years or so...

    Is it advisable to pay higher than the agreed monthly installment towards a car loan, as it is with a home loan?

    • @EllaCLD
      @EllaCLD 2 роки тому

      Yes, it reduces your interest repayment.

    I wouldn’t suggest using a car loan at all
    Look up Dave Ramsey
    He tells you never ever to do a car loan

    • @yakhisizwemkhonza8936
      @yakhisizwemkhonza8936 6 років тому

      Dave is spot on and I am actually a huge fan of him, but in the context of Mzansi with weak currency, and everything just keeping increasing like that, very very Mzansi would actually be able to buy outright. Evem those dinged up beaters he always talk about, aren't as cheap/affordable as it would be like in the US of A, or first world countries!!!!!

    I think you forgot to include balloon Payment because that's how sales guys trap you with low Installment until after 60 months of payment when you think you are done now the worse comes after 5 years. maybe we should get a vid about that.
