The Radio Towers are really responsible for Outlast 2: causing Hallucinations from Blake, brainwashed the entire Testament Villagers, Scalled and Heretics into psychopathic monsters to kill their children and each other and also caused Blake, Lynn and the pilot's plane to crash. Blake and Lynn's baby and the sun engulf the world was just hallucinations, not real.
Outlast 2, built on Unreal Engine, makes use of one of Unreal's feature called Level Streaming which allows you to have one Persistent map and load other maps inside it. That's why, you may notice, there are no loading screens through the whole game, unlike the first Outlast. This makes transitioning between maps seamless. If you looked you would probably notice that all different areas, such as the mines and school, all exist in different maps. It can load and unload maps at will when they are and are not needed.

One of the best transitions was certainly the maze in the library.
ARC do you guys know how to go on camera mode in Outlast 2, just like slippy slides does in his video??
Since it is made in unreal, then either a mod or by using the console command "ghost"

Definitely the best episode yet! As the game starts to get crazier then the mechanics start to pump up too, it's great to see. The outside scene at 15:14 is a definitive favorite of mine; it looks stunning! Great video :D

The developers use the same character models elmost everywhere throughout the game, it's easier than making hundereds of character models just for a small scene, like this one with the head

im really curious about the caverns/mines in the later part of the game, theres a ton of little passageways that are easy to miss

The funny part is that on the radio towers in the comic had the logo when the walrider destroyed the radio towers with its ant host
the walrider was miles from the first game
It. Still had miles personality and he might still be alive but the ants were the physical host at the time

I must tell you that there is a part when you are on a raft you can see the radio tower more detailed i think the part when those two heretics burn and throw down that guy,can you cover it in next episode i am really curious about it..

max void torture, mainly because he suffers before the impact of the water kills him. It would also make sure that he couldn't swim back up if he did survive.
