We are destroying the entire planet, one log at a time. I agree with you. Same goes for the trees, I hate seeing them get constantly chopped down in cities and towns.. they remove more and more every year, like it has NO long term consequence. Humanity is pretty stupid.
This applies to most parts of the ecosystem. All parts of the ecosystem are required to maintain homeostasis. One little fuck up can cause a serious imbalance

I cried for no reason today, day 8 of self-isolation and shut down in Kuwait; it's a good thing, but you know, you gotta cry every now and then as a single person with two cats...and then this beauty popped up! it's wonderful!
We caught a rare glimpse of a human at the end there aswell, truly fascinating
I think it was Bob - the author of this video - checking on the camera which the bear nearly broke a minute before :)
What an intelligent creature
Yeah, that scared me.

the Bobcat at 3:23 was on to the fact they were being watched lmfao. Just goes to show u just how damn smarter the species of cats are over all other animals. They are the boss of the land in the animal world. Especially when we start talking tigers and lions.
😂
Surely you meant "EmBEARassing".
Should be studying, but why study when i can watch animals cross a log.

I love how you see how versatile a fallen log is, like most of the animals are using it to walk across, then there’s those two ducks sitting on it while on a date, the turkey and owl having a fight, the bird using it to murder a fish, and the bobcat using it as a scratching post 😂
Giving life once more to the fallen tree

1:58 that put a smile on my face. a bear, confidently making its way across a log bridge and stumbling, then continuing as if it didn’t happen. wish i could be like it, carrying on right after i’ve made my silly little mistakes
Unfortunately, as human, we are burdened by our capacity to remember mundane things in our past. I remember the cringes I did as a kid like it was this morning, ugh.
What mistakes? I didn't know you had made any!
Had he only known 10,000,000 people were watching...
When you make a mistake the people around you meet in private and talk and laugh about it for hours.
If that bear had known he was being watched, he probably would’ve been self-conscious too
The variety of wildlife using that one log at all hours of the day and night is breathtaking! Wonderful video.

Shows the importance of not moving/disrupting what seems like “just a log”. So much life uses that bridge.
We are destroying the entire planet, one log at a time.
I agree with you. Same goes for the trees, I hate seeing them get constantly chopped down in cities and towns.. they remove more and more every year, like it has NO long term consequence. Humanity is pretty stupid.
True, nature never ceases to amaze me
This applies to most parts of the ecosystem. All parts of the ecosystem are required to maintain homeostasis. One little fuck up can cause a serious imbalance
@@toiletgremlin2929 one pebble does not change the course of a river. removing this log ultimately does nothing, the animals will just go to another location they can cross the river.
Yeah and then you people wonder why forest fires are becoming more uncontrollable
No one ever thinks about the log....and how the log is doing. Such a faithful and hard-working log.
I like how even though the stream is shallow enough for the larger animals to just walk across, they apparently prefer not getting their feet wet.
Except for the deer.
@@Lvl1.Sentry I don’t think the deer would fair well on the log

So relaxing to see everyone going about their business without stressing out.
Was thinking the same thing - how animals don't seem to know how to stress about their life - they just be what they are, not trying to become something else and stressing about it. I love watching this because it kind of reminds me that maybe I could also just be a human and do things that I naturally feel like doing, not stressing about the future and the opinion of others...
