Love all that you share with us, totally understand that this is a free 'gift' you share with us and we should be grateful you do when you find the time. You are a fantastic teacher!
Thank you have been trying to convert a shuttle pattern and this stitch had me stumped. A FB beginners needle tatting group recommended this video. I’m very grateful. Love your video. You’re a credit to your craft.
So happy you are back. Love how you demonstrate you tatting. I’m going to try this little dimpled heart. How would you do these for an edging to be stitched on after it would be made.
@@RustiKate Good i learned from you ! all the others made it look and was so hard to learn but you take your time and your way is WAY EASIER! Thank you Again
I'm new at tatting and your videos have taught me so much!. My only problem is when I complete a chain and then do a ring and close it, the chain always seems to turn at the intersection of the ring. I do the special step but I don't understand what I'm doing wrong!
Have you watched the video on reversing work (Rw)? This sounds like maybe what's going on. I know it was a struggle for me until I really came to understand it. Here is a link. Hope that helps! ua-cam.com/video/s9Y_FsuYs6o/v-deo.html
I would find it easier to follow if your background was darker. The plywood does not offer much contrast. That said, I appreciate the teaching style. Thanks!
Thanks, useful feedback! The wood seemed better than my previous glass top, but you are right, dark background or dark thread would make tatting easier to see.
