Domperidone - How it acts as an antiemetic?

Domperidone is a peripherally acting dopamine antagonist that can be used to control nausea and vomiting induced b chemical substances. It acts on chemoreceptor trigger zone within the area postrema as well as it also acts on GIT to increase peristalsis.
