Bro 5:50 is about as close to a tie as is even possible, the PK died maybe a millisecond before the final tick of bleed killed Misty. You can see exactly when it happens in the bottom left damage log. @dakitandobly8473 I don't play PK and that is specifically one reason. She is definitely better these days if you know how to mix and dodge cancels. But you can pick other characters and win with less work so I know what you mean. Always funny when someone dies mid-execution from bleed so it ends up a tie, though. Ive mained glad on both consol and pc and i play exactly like you. I have one question. Every time ive seen you use a non-deflect skewer, the enemies dont parry it and that just confuses me. Every time i try to use skewer they parry it, and i dont always let it fly either. They just perfectly parry it every time. How do u keep people from being able to predict it like that. Like i said i mix it up and do everything seemingly possible not to make it obvious

Not really, the character is best played defensively while using your offense to make your opponent react and then counter their choices. However, if you can land defensive skills like deflect, parries and dodging bashes reliably, you have options to keep adding new mixups/timings to your combo and kill rather quickly once you're used to it.
My buddy who's new in the game has been having fun with Pirate. There's strong, safe options to use on neutral and you can mixup combos fairly effectively. I personally learned the most playing centurian and warlord
I'm the 70 P.K from the vod. If anything, you should find a character you find personally appealing. Rather than whether a character is good to start with, choose the one you find the "fanciest" in your opinion. You'll enjoy the character for longer.

Straight up should have been a tie. It's one of the reasons, even with 70 reps on P.K I straight up never play brawls or duels.

You can delay the gryphons light combo a bit, not sure why you’d do it exactly but I know you can. That’s why the timing felt weird in the first game
