Lost Planet 2 Problem Starting Game Menu Missing??

FIrst I have Windows 10, I start the Launcher.exe and DX9/11 set it to Compatibility "Vista" with as "Admin" and... This is what I get, same goes with Windows 8 I don't know about 7 or older!

has nothing to do with windows 10 i have windows 7 and its the same. Its a settings error somewhere

ahahahahah, dude this happen because you download the version of rg mechanics and this shit is bugged, the only thing that works its the language in russian, i have this version here, but i downloaded skid row, and even with gfwl the shit says lp2 stopped working......
