Please don’t think that your twinkle lights go unappreciated 😊. I feel all cozy when you vlog like this. Like I’m in your living room with you and Thomas just having a little chit chat. I do appreciate it !
Someone close to me use to get panic attacks. They started taking SLOW release magnesium and Feverfew daily and the panic attack stopped. I pray this will help someone else
I can certainly relate and annual celebrations like Christmas seem to trigger reactions you don’t even mean to have. I hope you have a wonderful visit with your family, Mare 💖💐💖
Decorating cookies in school, fantastic. Another great spin class. Wonderful you feel in a good place. Nice purse. Would love to see the wreath on your front door. When you feel light headed, get a little fresh air if that helps and otherwise just make sure you breathe and ride it out. So nice T likes the neck massager and it helps him. xx
It made me happy to see you so emotionally grateful and happy with your life. You deserve it and you’ve worked damn hard to achieve it. Just because I’m cautious, I would recommend that you also talk to your doctor about how you feel lightheaded sometimes. It’s probably nothing, but good to get checked out regardless. 😘
I think it's par for the course this time of year my tears are flowing much more often. Just feel the feels. I can't thank you enuf for that phrase it's helped me immensely dealing with my grief and anxiety
It certainly could be a culmination like you say too. The season makes people anxious too. The trip will be great just remember you do you is soooo important at stressful times.
I’m sorry you had a rough day but also proud of you for taking the time to think it through. I find there are a lot of triggers around the holidays that I notice subconsciously. It’s also a different kind of grief this time of year. I manage the everyday things well. Being inundated with Christmas music, sentimental photos being shared, talk of parties with spouses, being out with couples a lot, seeing things Dan would have loved as gifts etc. it’s even special food I would buy or make for him this time of year. We lost our spouses but are also trying to create new traditions because some of ours were lost. It’s HARD! When you start to feel lightheaded make sure you’re breathing. Grief has a strange way of making you hold your breath when you’re stressed. Another widow pointed it out to me and it’s oddly true. I’ll be keeping you in my thoughts.
Good for you to listen to your body, and check in to reflect. This can be such an anxious time of year; I hope you have the most wonderful time with your family, making new memories and sharing in new traditions. Xo
Thanks for taking it easy & sharing with us. Maybe you should check with your doctor to see if the high blood pressure and dizziness are related. I get low blood pressure a lot and it causes awful dizziness.
Our sympathetic/parasympathetic nervous system which measures our involuntary reactions, doesn't know the difference between good (your excitement for the holidays)stress or not so good stress. It makes sense when you think about it knowledge is powerful stuff!
See the panic (if it was that) positively, that where you are right now is the real first on your own with Thomas, independant choices and decisions, the real you emerging, to be, to do, to live, to smile, laugh, breathe etc. Look ahead and be blessed with peace.
You worked hard to get your life to where it is✋✋✋ Be sure you chrck your blood pressure just to be on the safe side it can make you light hraded for sure❤
Hi Mare! Hopefully I see you vlog with Emilie🙌🏻🌸I miss seeing you both together🧚🏼♀️🧚🏼♂️She works on people with anxiety and the like- maybe she can help you 😊
This is something I have been dealing with for a while. More dizzy than lightheadedness but similar I am sure. The first time it happened I was at home and I completely freaked out. The room was spinning, I couldn't tell where anything was. It threw off my whole day. It was scary to lose control of my body like that. I have had similar things happen since. I find if I keep calm and breathe, it goes away pretty quickly. Sometimes I just need to sit and have a breather, sometimes walk it off. I haven't talked to a professional about it but I am sure mine stems from anxiety (social perhaps) and stress. ♥️

Oh Mare, both you and Thomas are such amazing human beings. You're a great, beautiful mother. Thomas is so adorable.

i’ve never had that symptom of a panic attack before, but you learn something new. it’s a good thing to look out for just in case.

Me again! Forgot to mention your new purse. Oh that kind of purse! A handbag and not a money purse. Haha.

Applause! Love hearing you sound so positive! I've wanted to comment just that-how good your life is. You've worked hard.
I get super dizzy when I'm low on my b vitamins especially B12 and b9. Just a thought.

Donated!
Could your dizziness be related to your high blood pressure?
