That Pearl Jam is def from 94, cause it has the clear sticker, that says Pearl Jam. The 2nd pressing is exactly the same, but no sticker. I bought both back in the day
How good the haul is, depends on what pressing you have of certain albums. With Zeppelin, I'd be picky, but that's just me. If I got a digitally sourced pressing, I'd rather fork out a little more to get something sourced from the original tapes. To me, that stuff matters, and to some it doesn't. My point is, buying from random people, I'd be checking what pressings they are.
Besides some of the sealed albums, I’m noticing the posters are included with the LPs that had them. They look untouched! I’m very happy with this haul so far!
Just discovered your channel. It’s an amazing haul. That collection parallels mine almost to a t. I did a video on a small collection I purchased in the same terrific condition I paid two dollars a copy. I bought them in two shifts. I had to grovel at my wife’s feet to get them. :). Btw. I subscribed to your channel. Peace love and rock and roll ✌️
pretty cool selection, yeah i have some dodgy covers. they look in pretty good condition too..you have to have Cheap thrills, and abraxas, Sly s good and War yeah Led zep and more santana cool , Dylan vol 2 has watching the river flow great! yeah thats a good score id be very pleased with that. Take it easy mate, greetings from OZ
Reading the comments, but still I feel we all probably would be thrilled to get our hands on records in excellent condit. of the 70s for a dollar or so; mainstream or not. Just for the covers, some of them...ohmy!! you lucky @%)!*@_÷£!! Haha Great find!
Nothing much to rave about there. A few i would bye. Zeppelin etc. A good score if your into that stuff. Mostly main stream, things i normally pass on.
@@StillSpinning3 1.75 per record is still a good price. I guess the point i am trying to make is i am not a dealer and i have come to the conclusion that for me rather than buy 50 Fairly common records at 1.75 each i would rather put the money towards 1 or 2 records i really want. My collection of vinyl is relatively small, maybe only several hundred records but they are mostly hard to get and i really wanted it for the music. My cd collection is huge however. Both common and rare. Sometimes it becomes necessary to buy a collection for only 1 or 2 records. If i cannot see something i want or is rare i just leave them for someone else. I often question if i should have bought them. I think only twice i walked away from records that i did not know were either rare or good music and i would have enjoyed owning. No one ever gets this perfect.
There’s nothing wrong with that approach but if you are willing to put in the time/work, you can take those albums you don’t like and turn them into ones you do. For this haul, I actually did like most of them. I’d say about 80% of this lot. The condition of these are fantastic. Hypothetically, let’s say I keep 10-20 out of these, which alone would be worth more than I paid for the whole lot. I could sell the rest of these for $1-5 each and walk away with 10-20 “free” albums and more cash than I spent on the original lot. Then I can spend that money on whatever I want. I’ve done this on several occasions to build my collection. But it does take work to get them all sold and such. I would never buy a lot of trash records unless I thought there was some resell value involved.
Vitalogy was an OK find. Maybe $100.00. Otherwise, he got ripped off paying $1.75 for that box of crap. Why video an average or less than average finds???
@@StillSpinning3 Sense of humor! Great! Didn't want to be mean, it's just.... frickin' hate Kansas and Moody Blues like I hate Mario Lanza and Lawrence Welk. Hate seeing 'em, and I never want to buy them.... unless sealed.
Hey for the price to land some Zeppelin albums and Pearl Jam. That was worth the price of admission. But I feel you. If I see another Doctor Shivago soundtrack...
@@StillSpinning3 I'm half joking. The Pearl Jam and LZ3 and Woodstocks probably worth what you paid for the whole box, but in that case you just broke even, in my opinion. I normally just keep the few gems and try to sell the dogs for enough to break even. Or maybe you like that other stuff, idk. S&G and BS&T is cool but nobody wants it. People want Janis and Santana but I don't want it, so those would go.
Sometimes it’s hard to tell when people are being sarcastic or serious so thank you for explaining. I broke down my strategy on buying lots like this. Definitely came out ahead on this lot.

Thanks for validating. It would have been odd for this lady to have a repress of this so I figured it was an original. Little treasures.

What's the album after the Zeppelin album? The cover was very interesting.

My video is called. “I Did a Thing” :)
Great finds!
Nice box. But no Hendrix Floyd or Queen.
I wish I could wave a magic wand and get those every time.

Hauls like this are not always going to be 100% bad ass after bad ass records, especially the price I paid for this lot.

Wax ? What on earth is made of wax, in a cardboard/vinyl album ????
It’s an old vinyl record term.
@@StillSpinning3 Oh. Wasn't aware of it.
