I love this woman!!! I think we need to be friends. I have been struggling with my depression during this pandemic. Imagine feeling no hope or light for months. I switched on the Today Show and saw KD. I immediately searched for her “Fridge Again” song. Her voice is so potent that it was more effective in lifting my spirits than any meds I’ve taken in the last three years. Though it was meant to be funny, her song and voice broke through this fog I’ve been in and filled me with instant joy and happiness, so much so that I genuinely laughed and smiled. So KD, if you read this, thank you for this gift I’ve been hoping for all year long. I hope we can be friends! ☺️ God bless you, sister!!! 🙏🏼

My grandmother passed away unexpectedly in February and six months later my grandaddy that raised me passed away unexpectedly in August, ten days before his 77th birthday. My heart is so heavy and I think about them constantly. My mother in law sent this link and told me it reminded her of me. This truly blessed my soul. I know my grandparents are wearing their crown and robe and telling the story of how they made it over.

I see you posted this 6 months ago. Today 2/3/21 makes 6 months since my mom transitioned due to covid-19 and tomorrow 2/4/21 she would be 76 years old. So she has put on her rode and telling her story how she made it over. She is wearing her 👑. Oh how we miss her. I love you mom, your babygirl!!
