Was considering getting it to play with my 3 and 2 year olds. We recently played Stray together and it was a great time. This game really doesn't seem to be my jam though, but who knows I might give it a go.

When the worst thing you can say about a game is "I wish there was more of it," that's a pretty good game right there. I'm having a blast with this cozy little gem!
I’ve been so excited over this game ever since I saw that Stray was not the “cute cat simulator” game I’d been hoping for. I just wish it had a bit more, well, stuff to justify that price tag, 2 hours is a bit too short for me.
It's a an hour or two longer if you do all the side activities, iirc. Still short, but it certainly looks like a game I'd do all the side stuff in, sorta like Lil Gator Game.
The game has several objectives. The main objective is to eat 3 fish and then climb back home. You can do that very quickly if you choose. That's the only real plot objective. However, there are a ton of side objectives and no fail state. I spend about 6hrs+ in the game because I enjoyed just wondering around, finding the new animals, doing to side missions (except the hats, did care about them). If you have game pass you 100% should play the game. If not then waiting for a sale makes sense, but should play it. Great chill and relax game. I like these no fail state games from time to time just to relax and game.
I have spent more on a bad pizza than what they are asking. I would have no problem spending what they are asking. At least I can replay the game, not much so for the pizza.😁
@JDLaney-zk4wb started out as a tech demo of a cat wandering around a Kowloon Walled City with parkour that had a lot of people clamoring for a full game. There's even videos of the tech demo from years ago.

And the latter is chockablock with gags. Can't wait to start playing this on GP. Edit: After playing it for an hour or two, I do agree with you on the glitches. Not ruinous by any means, just frustrating at certain points. Although it has helped me get to areas in weird ways.
Honestly, I think there's more than "minor" jank with this game, especially with the wall jump (which so for doesn't seem to be a move you need, but yikes it feels bad). But I've been playing it with my 4-year-old and having a great time. It's a great lazy Saturday afternoon game (we're playing it today, once the house is clean).

There's a softlock bug right at the beggining of the game. If the construction worker gets you with a bone in your mouth there's a chance the bone will clip through the floor, locking you from 100% the game. But you can still beat it, as far as i know.

This game is a ton of fun. Supercharming, funny, relaxing. I think there's some clear inspiration from untitled goose game and I get vibes from that more than I get vibes from stray. This one is much more lighthearted. Obviously the two cat games are going to draw comparison I think the controls are a little more fluid in stray however there's also less manual input in that game.
