The citizens of Neenaland were determined to achieve this elusive goal, and they hatched a plan that would push the boundaries of creativity and hilarity. They organized the grandest and most audacious event the realm had ever witnessed: The Great Laughter Festival. The aim was to create a cacophony of amusement so infectious that even the Queen's stern façade would crumble. Preparations for the festival were intense and exhaustive.
