- In todays video I was in the beautiful city of York visiting a food factory, when after flying the drone over the site I was attacked by a security guard who insisted that I deleat all the footage from my drone.

Then he insisted that I had no right to video the site because it was private property, but he could not tell me which law said that he was right and I was wrong.
He also said that he would shoot my drone down if it went over his property saying that I had to have the landowners permission to fly over any land in the country.

Not only interfering but attacking a pilot in control of an aircraft, is a very serious violation of aviation regulations. Contact this company with the video evidence of the crimes committed including assault, attempted theft with violence and the aviation violations. After all a criminal is a criminal.
