This call is not fake sir the way she talking about service is wrong. This is program for ladies only this is freelancing work from Reliance Jio I m also doung work in this position
They don't have any regard or knowledge of TRAI regulations. They talk so much in confusing way and manipulate the customer to recharge ASAP but they never confess they'll sell customer numbers within 90 days Or by the date they call(that too within 90days) They use every other words like disconnecting, blocking, locking.. That doesn't mean you will loose your number within 90days TRAI regulation: According to TRAI consumer handbook, a sim card is deemed to be deactivated in case of non-usage for over 90 days (about 3 months). The non-usage here means zero incoming or outgoing calls/messages, no data sessions, no use of value-added services, and any related payment. That's why they are locking incoming calls and message after 1 week in airtel, 15days in jio. Correct me if I'm wrong I think 90days duration begins after this grace period.

Second thing, She didnt call me via any IVR or A Company number... It was simply a jio mobile number... Jispe maine khud 2 bar call back krke baat v kia...that hey where is my benefits...? She after that didnt bother to pick, constantly on waiting for obvious reasons that she would be fooling others...

My main point of view of this video was to actually make people aware that Look IF YOU DO REALLY WANT TO RECHARGE BY YOUR OWN WILL AND NEED THEN ONLY YOU DO SO & MORE IMPORTANTLY SPEND ON RECHARGE ONLY IN ACCORDANCE WITH THAT... DONT FALL IN THIS TRAP AND RECHARGE ANY AMOUNT AS PER EVEN IF YOU DONT EVEN NEED !!! INFORMING CONSUMER THAT YOURS RECHARGE HASN'T BEEN DONE FOR A LONG TIME AND MIGHT RESULT IN TERMINATION OF SERVICE , THIS IS TOTALLY FINE AND GOOD, BUT LURING UP THE PEOPLE WITH BENEFITS WHICH DOESN'T EVEN EXIST IS A SHEER FRAUD !!! umm let me disclose my problem here: I use dual-sim, and like 3months ago I got a call from a jio number, they addressed themselve as customer care and told me to recharge my 2nd number (which I didn't recharge for more than 3months... like 2years), with the minimum recharge, 119rs plan in 2days, and I did it Next month I did recharge on the 2nd sim And today I did the recharge on my 2sim too, now they are calling again from a different but jio number saying that my 1st number will deactivate if I dont recharge and I checked about it and noticed my recharge of 1st sim expired on 19th Spetember, so as of today it is only 36 days without recharge, still they are saying that my 1st sim will deactivate if I dont recharge in next 5days meaning 41 days after expire So my point is, if the official deactivate warning comes after 90 days, then why they are warning me now in 41days? Is this a scam or new policy? Please take your time to read and respond I am eagerly waiting for a reply 🙏
