To get read over these emails you can do this :- Every email has unsubscribe button below that email (generally it's written in very small fonts )
You can unsubscribe from there !!
And that's it , you won't get mail again from that sender .

We are people so sometime we thought that its about us so we gave them everything like you said about adhar card sometime they say that we want new adhar card so they say we want money for your madhar card delivery but we gave them and we didnt get anything .
