I was once extremely sick and stayed in bed for three whole days. My parents just locked me in my room and didn't bring me any food since I kept vomiting every time I eat. It was hell going trough whatever sickness I had.

Paramedic/Nurse in training here, and I believe I can answer this with a in depth explanation... Immunology as well as pathology 101 basically would suggest that not many viruses are capable of species hopping. For example, Rabies, which is a virus that is now capable of being transmitted to humans through mutations that enabled this property. As well as this, in all likelihood that you were to get the virus portrayed in the video, you would have a good 50/50 chance of making it. It would depend on what the virus actually is... If it’s a mutation/new strain of flu, you have a better chance of surviving. Ebola? Well, not so much... Vaccines also play a role, as if the pathogen has a similar construct to, let’s say; measles, your body may be able to fight it off due to how vaccines work. (I could go into that but it’s extremely complicated) And to add on to the last paragraph, most diseases are just as deadly to any carrier. So if she were to get flu, then it doesn’t mean that you would be killed by it just because she has a stronger immune system, it would just mean she could fight it off easier. Immune systems can vary in strength, but that doesn’t make them impenetrable to viruses do to that fact. We would (as per usual) suffer for a little, and most of the time recover. But again, there are also pathogens that can cause different to no symptoms between species. There are also other considerations, as your immune system isn’t just made up of white blood cells, but rather is a multi-organ system! Now to answer the main question of it you can get it or not? Chances are you won’t, so do what you want to. As most pathogens are only capable of infecting people who are susceptible it. For instance, we are unable to get the fungus that causes ants to become zombified, as our bodies are naturally able to protect ourselves from it. However, you would be taking a chance, as it could be a unknown mutation of a virus capable of species hopping in certain conditions. Tl;Dr you got a good 50/50 shot of being completely fine and healthy, or death. It’s a bad idea, but do what you wanna do If you stuck around to actually read all that though, thanks!

I imagine that dragons act just like cats, they are just gigantic fire breathing tsunderes. And as such they love being pampered.
Wait if what she has is contagious and we are not a dragon are self we have a good chance to die if we stay near her do to if dragons have a stronger immune system than human if a human gets what she has it may be fatal depending on the deference in immune system strength.
Paramedic/Nurse in training here, and I believe I can answer this with a in depth explanation...
Immunology as well as pathology 101 basically would suggest that not many viruses are capable of species hopping. For example, Rabies, which is a virus that is now capable of being transmitted to humans through mutations that enabled this property.
As well as this, in all likelihood that you were to get the virus portrayed in the video, you would have a good 50/50 chance of making it. It would depend on what the virus actually is... If it’s a mutation/new strain of flu, you have a better chance of surviving. Ebola? Well, not so much... Vaccines also play a role, as if the pathogen has a similar construct to, let’s say; measles, your body may be able to fight it off due to how vaccines work. (I could go into that but it’s extremely complicated)
And to add on to the last paragraph, most diseases are just as deadly to any carrier. So if she were to get flu, then it doesn’t mean that you would be killed by it just because she has a stronger immune system, it would just mean she could fight it off easier. Immune systems can vary in strength, but that doesn’t make them impenetrable to viruses do to that fact. We would (as per usual) suffer for a little, and most of the time recover. But again, there are also pathogens that can cause different to no symptoms between species. There are also other considerations, as your immune system isn’t just made up of white blood cells, but rather is a multi-organ system!
Now to answer the main question of it you can get it or not? Chances are you won’t, so do what you want to. As most pathogens are only capable of infecting people who are susceptible it. For instance, we are unable to get the fungus that causes ants to become zombified, as our bodies are naturally able to protect ourselves from it. However, you would be taking a chance, as it could be a unknown mutation of a virus capable of species hopping in certain conditions.
Tl;Dr you got a good 50/50 shot of being completely fine and healthy, or death. It’s a bad idea, but do what you wanna do
