You find a stream or spring with decently clear and passably tasting water. You acquire or lease the land which it is on. Then you source venture capital to build a decent-sized shed to house the machinery for bottling. You are shelling out into the red for construction, the bottles, the plant machinery, qualified experts to ratify the quality, But you start small, name the product after the local town, and get it into the local market. If that takes to a sufficient degree to stay on top of your bank overdraft and / or to keep your venture capitalists sufficiently enthused, then you upgrade the facilities and logistics to cater to markets such as nearby towns who know of your town, then you go regional, and then interstate, until a big conglomerate is interested enough to buy out your liabilities and your operation and your brand. Which should then render you catflap.

It was a shame that the audio quality was so poor, and also the questions could’ve been aimed at almost any business. I'm not in America (Caribbean) I'm at the beginning of market research for my water bottling company. I have all requirements needed except information. There really is no free startup info. Using another company to do bulk load isn't my plan. There capital is there.
