The shortened death timers at Patron being downed is such a great change because it gives the team another chance. Not all the time but at least some of the time.
I actually really like the patron change, I’ve had quite a few matches where the game completely flips around after the first Patron phase. It’s really fun to be able to go “Alright team, we have one last chance to win this!” Totally understand the issue with extending the game though, I have a feeling they might lower the spawn reduction from -20 seconds to -10/15 in the next patch.
Lash McGinnis combo is gross. Honestly my favorite duo as a lash main. Having the walls and turrets to keep ppl slow so I can grab and throw and flog ppl on repeat.
@ roaming with those 2 late game is fun, not quite as much laning phase. Definitely should’ve specified that. McGinnis is my favorite lane phase duo. Late game, I like mo and krill, dynamo, seven, and McGinnis obv.

You can still push both patrons if you have enough advantage on the other team, you just don't get to do it uncontested like before. Without any changes to how easy it can be to take the Shrines/first patron I think this is a good middle ground. If you can't take the weakened patron with the reduced respawn timers you shouldn't have been able to get it for free.

im assuming thats what the devs want. that change extends the game duration. they probably did that because last patch games were very stompy and one sided and people complained about that. maybe they’ll change it back like they went back with the shrine flex slot thing.
