I'm not entirely sure how his health scales the damage, but is there an oppurtunity for a CD set with high health secondaries to be more damaging than the 2 health sets?

@@Akial2935 Take a look at GG's basic and his specials, they all say that their damage is based on his max health, so Offense is no concern. CD set was one of the old school ways to mod GG and if you don't have STAP that can still work, but with STAP the health scaling is outrageous and it's much better for him to be in Health mods.
