The landscaping is awful, I understand it is a nod to the south, however, it needs trim and upkeep. Also, they did not even clean the pool or spa....other than that, I love.

House looks like a lodge. I find Kyle the most boring housewife, not least bit surprised she moved in the most mind-numbingly boring house.
