@@chinamoon6175 Well, her giving her amount back wouldn't be enough anyway. Kyle bought out both sisters, so one trying to give it back doesn't pay her back fully, and they can't both have the house. Plus, I'm sure it was brought up in an episode that they had talked about it, so Kim can't just change her mind after the fact. Maybe they should've just sold the house and split the money 3 ways to avoid any bitter feelings. They were fine with it, then Kim had regrets after the deal was done.

So many of these "real housewives" women have zero clue what a"real housewife" even is or does! They are totally out of touch with reality, and most of them (except Vanderpump) are basking in a life of luxury only because of their rich husbands. Those like Kyle's sister, Kim, who do not have rich husbands, live a much more modest lifestyle.
She would have met some other rich guy. Her mother raised them to look for rich husbands and marry well. Mauricio wasn't rich when they met, but he got the connections and following success mostly due to his marriage to Kyle.
Mauricio came from a money too, The Umansky are an affluent Lebanese family in Mexico, just not as rich as they are today. Kyle and her siblings are very well connected people in society and business, hence it just adds to their fortune

Umm…I like Mauricio but his first major firm was with Kyle’s brother in law before he branched off on his own. And let’s not act like Kyle has zero hustle in her. That’s very disrespectful. They built that together.
Kyle was married to a wealthy man and she divorced him to marry Mauricio,who didn’t have much at the time. He worked for her brother in law before he ventured into his own company.

Sustainably speaking, it is very irresponsible and saddening to hear, “Here’s the best part of living in the DESERT!” *camera* A giant view of a lush green golf course! Northern California, which is historically is far wetter and cooler than the SoCal, is experiencing the state’s largest forest fire which has completely destroyed a town. The second largest fire was also in the north last year and demolished an entire community as well. People are rationing water and in desperate need only hours away by car. We seriously need to reevaluate how we are using our planet’s resources and how we are living our lives if we wish to continue moving in a positive direction.

So this is the house Kyle bought using the money from the sale of her and Kim's mothers house. Kyle bought Kim's share of the family home years prior when the market was flat and when Kyle sold the property she a made a massive profit. Kim has pretty much hated her ever since.
