    As a person who has been trying to grow her channel the past 5 years I have to say that your tips are very helpful! I think it's important for us small creators to not lose our spark and remember why we started our channels. It is a way to be creative and connect with like minded people. Help them, inspire them, entertain them. Even though my community is small I consider my viewers my friends and I always get so happy to see familiar faces in my comment section. Growing a channel is not easy but if your goal is not just numbers and money you will be unstoppable ❤

    Great video, getting subs is really easy when you already got some knowledge, but when you are starting UA-cam it can be really frustrating. I wanted to delete my main channel which now has over 150k subs because I was struggling so much at the start (Luckily I found out that using a bit of famester could give me a little push in terms of subs and views. After that I was getting so much organic audience, and my channel just exploded).

  • @HannahMorenDraws
    @HannahMorenDraws 7 місяців тому +8

    I’ve watched tons of “growing on UA-cam vids” and they all talk about audience - butI have no idea who that may be for me! However this is the first time I’ve heard it phrased as “brands you’d like to work with”- this gives me a much more concrete view of things. Thanks~ 🐈‍⬛

    Thank you for sharing your authentic experience and tips!
    I’ve gained 506 subscribers in a month, which is a crazy growth to me. But I feel like getting monetized is still a hard thing to achieve. I’ve only met 68% of criteria about subscribers and public watch hours at the moment.
    Anyways, good luck with your UA-cam journey and I’m looking forward to seeing more of your content in the future:)

    Great video! Very informative. I just finished shooting material for my first UA-cam video! I have been podcasting for year and a half now so I recorded my sound in a podcast studio and now I will be adding video to it I am a bit nervous to be honest 😅 I have a question: I have noticed that most video thumbnails have people’s faces in them. Do you think it is very important for success to add your face? I struggle with face eczema and too scared to show my face in the video :-(

      Thank you so much, I tried to make my video as informative as possible and im so happy to hear your feedback 🫶🏼
      I do think it’s easier to connect with your audience when you show yourself but If I were to do a faceless channel, I would probably use Memoji so that my audience can still feel connected :)

      I'm not a UA-camr, but some of the ones I like to watch that don't show their faces much sometimes use thumbnail shots of them walking or doing something from behind or from a distance - that way, the audience still sees a real person without you having to show your face.. You could experiment with something like that, it could be quite a fun creative exercise too 😊

    Thank you! Such a practical video 🫶 I was wondering; which setting do you use on your rode? I also have rode wireless go ii but I struggle to use it, I don't like the audio quality... but yours sounds really good! 🤎
