Having issues with connecting to the internet or cloud. Yes, using 2.5 GHz but when I do make a connection it's only for a minute and then drops. I see others having the same issue. Do you think they are just cheap in getting better servers?

I currently have a pair of the XF330s. With this new cloud edition are the actual pumps different? Or is the same pumps with an upgraded controller and directable flow cages?

Any ideas why it says form invalid when I try to go on the app. The pumps are connected to the Wi-Fi but can’t do anything on the app

Just to confirm: does each pump come with its own power supply or does the power supply come with the controller so 2 pumps would only use one power supply and one outlet? Thanks!

A standard package will come with a pump and controller, a single 'pump only' unit can then be purchased which will allow you to use two with you existing controller
