I did a new workout for the 1st time ever a few days ago and my arms are on fire. They literally feel broken. I couldn't sleep well for a while. This video helped. Definitely some relief. I’m an over 65 grandmother who periodically carried my grandson’s . I noticed over time my left arm has less range of motion and certain stretching movements will cause pain. I don’t carry the children anymore because I feel I’ve injured the arm. I tried the massages and immediately found the trouble spot. The muscle on my upper arm had a knot. I feel relief already. I will keep up the massages. Thank you for this informative video. I use a facial massager which has two metal balls that rolls nicely over the skin . Seems to work well.

Wow!! I had tennis elbow for a cpl weeks now and did 2 of the stretches here in the laziest way possible and pain gone. Immediately did 25 push ups no pain . Thx so much... will do some more thorough stretches though

WOW!!! I tried this spoon technique last night before bed on my upper arm. This morning is the first time I’ve woken up without great pain in 8 months. I could barely move my arms in some ways without pain which also affected my strength. It did turn much more red in the areas with the most pain from the spoon. Thank you so very much. I finally got around to scraping my arm with a spoon (!) and I have to say the results are very good so far. As a throwing athlete, I've had tightness in my shoulder, forearm, triceps... but when I did the Gua Sha, it was my biceps that flared up - my skin there now looks like I've been wiping it with nettles! 'Gritty' doesn't begin to explain what my muscles felt like! But the other parts of my arm now feel looser as a result. Thanks again, Dr. Rowe!

I’ve been dealing with upper left arm pain since December 2022. I also have PMR. Both myself and my doctor thought the pain was due to PMR. I have been trying your method using the spoon on my upper arm for two days (deltoid), using Freez It and then icing afterward. I have been having trouble with range of motion and arm strength. Your method is helping me immensely. I have noticed a bruise since starting this, and was wondering if that is normal. Thank you so much for this video.

I have examens and have been studiying, so nearly no exercise . I did play some basketball day before but I had nothing before going to bed. Feels like I tore my bicep overnight? Today I don't feel pulsing pain put if I twist or stretch my arm in a certain motion it hurts bad very bad What might have caused this?

I tried the muscle scraping technique, but I used a coin instead of a spoon. IT WORKED. I have been having terrible sore arms because I have been sleeping on my side due to pregnancy. I have tried massages but the relief did not last for too long. But this technique worked like wonder! instant relief and felt really good even after I sleep on my sides again. The spoon method worked so good for me. I could hardly move my arm without cringing my face from muscle pain. After using the spoon method I could move my arm with a tiny bit of pain. I could move my arm in full range motion and the tiny bit of pain I had after doing the spoon method I could tolerate. Thank you!!
We were heading to our grandmas house and i played on my phone for a good hour intense gaming and suddenly i fell pain i knew it was beacause of my intense gaming i tried the 1st by releasing it i had no spoon so i used my fingers it relieved my pain easily Thanks!

This is so amazing!! I accidentally pop my elbow today and after that the pain I'm feeling is excruciating I nearly cried. Bicep tendinitis. Chiropractors can set it back . At least a good chiropractor

I tried the muscle scraping technique, but I used a coin instead of a spoon. IT WORKED.
I have been having terrible sore arms because I have been sleeping on my side due to pregnancy. I have tried massages but the relief did not last for too long. But this technique worked like wonder! instant relief and felt really good even after I sleep on my sides again.

The spoon method worked so good for me. I could hardly move my arm without cringing my face from muscle pain. After using the spoon method I could move my arm with a tiny bit of pain. I could move my arm in full range motion and the tiny bit of pain I had after doing the spoon method I could tolerate. Thank you!!

Thank you doc! the spoon method worked for my mum almost instantly. My mum was very happy. She told me she had paracetamol but she still feel the pain but after this exercise it goes away.

This is so amazing!! I accidentally pop my elbow today and after that the pain I'm feeling is excruciating I nearly cried. My biceps, elbow, tricep and forearm felt like it was in flames 😭 So I found this video and try to follow thoroughly the last 3 parts bcs I don't have the energy to get other materials and IT WORKS WONDER! 😍 I'm feeling so much better now this video is a life saver!!
