I like to do exercise, but the key to maintain a healthy body is to have a balanced diet which is the most difficult thing, but once you achieve that , there are no cravings , no binges and the best part is that you have more energy.
I would say I have been watching your vlogs about 5 years - maybe a little less or a little more, but for quite a while. It is amazing to me how far you have come in that time. Your content is always informative and amazing. Keep up the good work!
Just started my fitness journey a couple of weeks ago and definitely am gonna implement the workouts you did! Also please do a “what I eat in a day” because working out is the easy part for me but choosing the right foods is always what’s most difficult
From my own experience (of not being morning person, literally being against weights and cardio) - the BEST TRICK which keeps me continuing with morning workouts is ALARM CLOCK in the BATHROOM + MANTRA. Having my alarm in the bathroom makes me get out of the bed to switch off the annoying sound. And the cold ceramic floor gives me that morning electric shock therapy. Mantra "I want. I choose. I do. I achieve." I repeat for 5 times. It wakes up my brain, and makes it remember that without work there will be no results. Mornings will never get better. It will always suck. Especially - for not-morning-people. But...It gets easier to finish the workout (the point when You have to push for the next resistance level). And the feeling of the endorphins after workout - is such a crazy-good boost for the upcoming day.
Man... you remind me of the late great Greg Plitt... very inspired by your videos. I'm currently changing my life for the better. I was on a downward spiral I would drink heavily, I would do no exercise, I was lethargic, I was stressed, I was depressed. I had bouts of insomnia and my diet was horrendous.... I was on a path to an early grave! Then one day I thought I "F this!" I started exercising.... starting off with walking 1 mile a day then I started jogging 1 mile a day the eventually I would run 2,3,4 mile a day. I also changed my diet to a more healthy. Now 3 month on I feel like a new man! I've lost around 30 pounds also my mentality changed I now look forward to exercising every day, I feel less depressed less anxious and a lot more healthy and it's thanks to videos like yours. Please keep up the great work in inspiring others!
Gym at 5:30am everyday (love the early morning walk thru NYC) and I look at it more for my mental health than physical but the physical is a bonus. If I don’t workout before work my day just ends up being shit. After I workout, I come home and refuel, do a little bit of real estate and journal all before I have to be at work at 8am. Best morning every morning
Increasing incidental activity in your day really adds up. Walk at lunch, take stairs, stand during phone calls, walk home from work - 5 min yoga breaks hourly.
I always work out for 4 times a week, monday- chest and biceps, wednesday- shoulder and triceps , friday- back and rear delt, saturday- legs . And 4 times a week jogging for 30 mins in the evening.
I Started going to gym about 3-4 days ago.I can tell you one thing. It's Like HELL when you do your 1st and 2nd day.But don't Quit .Just keep in mind you need to Prove yourself to not others only To Yourself
I just workout to the best of my abilities, then eat as healthy as possible, but I NEVER do without my favorite junk items...just in moderation. This is why I've never been overweight...I walk everywhere, don't drive (driving equates to laziness), and just love life by listening to my favorite tunes & singing to keep my spirit up...
quit sugar. that's it. I started eating an avocado in the morning and dropped almost 10 kilos in less than 3 months. then i started running. focus on vegetables, fish, meat, carbohidrates or legumes (in this specific order). to quit sugar means no soft drink, no bloody cocacola, redbull and crap like that, no muffins, biscuits and crap like that, pizza twice a month (but pizza outside of italy sucks so it's not a big deal). i also quit fruits (i've never liked it though), thus when i see people using the blender and put milk, bananas etc., i feel amost disgusted. the first 2 days with no sugar will be tough. you'll be feeling exhausted as your brain will be asking for it. but once you'll have turned that corner... you'll see folks drinking a cocacola and you'll be asking yourself, how could they do that??

@@mahdinkabir619 I set a schedule every month.
