Showbusiness.. and it is at heart a business, can become quite easily created, unreal.. riders of stardom invariably (I feel..) become lost in perspective and reality, unable to possibly truly accept their true selves even. The desire to succeed, to be.. must seem at times confusing and telling, it's hard enough at times to live a normal(?).. everyday existence.. to desire and recreate oneself to be 'that someone the believe and feel the need to be must be both hard and ultimately difficult. Throw in a single sex lifestyle and it only grows more difficult if not further difficult.
it sounds like the typical MKULTRA candidate..trauma in early childhood, name change, new idendity and persona often resulting in Multiple Personality Syndrom...something Actors channel on to create believable characters..
