I've been a Hawk fan since the 70's & still Groovenit, stoned or not I still like the sound of music they produce,Hawks are ahead of their time,so thanks Hawks for your amazing music.
same here man.. i was only a bairn when i first heard them.. like 8 or something.. i started out on no drugs.. hawkwind IS a drug ;) technically im a 2nd gen fan.. when i was a teenager/twenty-er in the 80's&90's, I saw hawkwind live with my uncles more than i went to raves with my mates. lol
love it man thanks for the upload. The image does the music justice and vice versa. It's like we're surrounded by eyes, the all seeing eyes of the galaxy and the cusp of creation as our recorder of time and testament to how we've spent it.
I put a random bunch of Hawkwind tracks in 'watch later' I've just finished my shift in a&e and I'm sat here cans on, cup of coffee and some rich tea biscuits (I know. Fuckin crazy right) just chillin. I don't know this band at all musically outside of silver machine but already I'm loving what I hear.
I'm a Hawk fan from the 70s. You're in for a real treat! Check out their Space Ritual double LP. Thats how I first got addicted. It sums up Spaceship Hawkwind well. And Lemmy was with them then. -- They must have nearly 100 albums out in one form or another, including offshoots. And the band was constantly cycling members in and out. So the sound changes every few years. But it's still... Hawkwind!
How I envy you ! So much delight to discover. I’ve been a fan for over 42 years. Have seen them play in small intimate locations, night clubs huge festivals. They are always amazing. Must have clicked up 150 concerts by now. Safe to say Hawkwind is in my DNA and have been the sound track to my life
What happened to the teepee people man? Where's Wally? Sid Rawle... we almost had it, then came operation Julie and Thatcher. We've been on the greasy pole ever since. People complain about 'dirty hippies'... I'll take hippies over yuppies any day of the week.
You have to buy the book, it is a kids book. It comes with a CD and the mix is included as a mp3 file on this CD (along with some other non Hawkwind stuff). I bought the book on amazon.
Did god create Adam to love him? Does Jesus Christ still believe in man? You know what they say, a fool asks more questions than a wise man can answer . GP❤
Ive followed Hawkwind since 1970
A unique band that just goes on, their latest album is superb
Brilliant - thanks for posting this. A true rarity!

Been a fan since I was given 1/2 a tab of acid & Hawkwind In Search Of Space was put on for me at 14 & I've been in love with them since them in 1972
Totally smashing all sonic boundaries. Bands like Orbital would not exist without the Wind.
Great post cheers. I love hawkwind at their most spacey, like this
This version of "Uncle Sam's On Mars" is on the CD/DVD hybrid "Take Me to Your Future" from 2006.
Just what I needed. Thanks.
Fan since 1978 en nog steeds voor mij de beste band ter wereld
My kind of people
Happy that thy excist
I love all facettes of Hawkwind. So this is spacey as well as all other tunes more rockin' for example.
A fan since the early '70s thanks you very much.
Brock does a great job with this ambient stuff
Awesome!! Fantastic...as always...Great band!!
love it man thanks for the upload. The image does the music justice and vice versa.

A tratti ipnotico ed energico nonché ben strutturato e radicato in tempi trascorsi oramai lontani, è un ottimo brano.
Epic compilation of Hawkwind classics. . This really got me into an otherworldly state. . State of pure space. Mission Control approves!
This is a wonderful discovery. Thanks for posting it :)
Nice 1 Dave, cheers
Great stuff...
Very Tangerine Dream. I don't know why Hawkwind haven't made a full instrumental album like this.
Thank you!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
Far out, growing up on stuff like this it's in one's blood. Think i'll grow my hair long again when I retire

@@patkelly3966 I come from a time when people knew how to spell.
@@mukhumor that's jolly nice for you. Sadly my A level in English gets little use in this age of text and net.
@@patkelly3966 Thats sad. I'm not from Bletchley park and have no idea what your text means. That is why I said spelling.
this is great, thanks!
Thankyou very much!

I love the Journey to Mars, but Uncle sam's on mars is a big let down compared to the original version
A Tool cover art here?
sounding distinctly Floydish and Pink

Just add acid, makes its own sauce. ( prep time app one earth hour)
