Thanks for the detailed review! Everything looked so good--I'm glad you included an a closeup shot of all the items--very well done!
I bet the chimichurri was amazing! If you don't have a recipe and want to make it, I have one on my channel. If I ever get to Virginia, I will be sure to try the vinaigrette sauce that you liked so much.
So glad to hear the service was attentive. I've been to restaurants with bad service before, and I agree that it can ruin the experience.
