    Before I even watch, hear this. My husband, son and I started your chair abs and love handle abs on Tuesday. I do it (one or the other or both) twice a day. Today is Saturday. I showed my husband the beginning formation of my abs. Thank you so much. Now, I’ll watch the video.🙂🙏🏾

    I wish you put the camera closer to see you better perform the exercise. I get that you needed to make standing abs but the angle could be different in order to see you. I didn't get the structure of all of the resting moments. Thanks
