I turned my ftx mauler into 4 wheel steering with the axe 3300kv combo it's a beast if it's on bash mode it's hard to control on crawl it's a lot easier to control I am still trying to figure it out,this helped me alot thank you
Do you use a four wheel steer controller .....like the Bastens Quad steer on the truck controlled by the Flysky 3b? If so where can I buy one to be shipped to the UK as not been able to find anything that resembles it so you can change from mode to mode at the push of a button I enjoy your channel with loads of useful content 👌👍
How to wire the second servo? Is there an adapter I need. I have a tamiya monster truck, I can fit a rear servo and c hub with knuckle to make it 4ws, but I’m looking how to wire it
4:30 hold up you put a thumb wheel on the gt5 and you didnt plug the rear servo into channel 6 or even 5? you should set it up like that and use it on the crawler
So ive turned my redcat kinda into a ugrc predator type thing but using the stock chassis. I'm wondering what tires you'd recommend for it. Its kinda a comp build, made to be as capable as possible.

I run rear steer on my crawler with capra axles. I mostly use it to help with lining myself up for sharp turns

With the hacked 8ch gt3c 4ws controls are super easy. You’ll have to see if anyone in your area can do the hack.

Either a splitter or a radio that can operate 4ws

Basically, with rear wheel steer you have to turn half of what you would with front only
sorta or less depending on how fast you're going.
