I own the sedan and a I recommend it to everyone Its simple and reliable Mine is 2019 after a grand marquis 2010. You know things going worse prices are going crazy and I can't afford a nicer car. I really lough when I changed a set of tires its more than half difference than my previous car. Gear is great 6 speed auto. I don't even want a car with CVTs or DCTs. Kind of old school car guy. No sensors cameras radars, or line keep assist. Which I see that it makes driving boring and feel like a toy for me Sorry for the long comment but its really that great car which you might end up with, like me
It would be a new and good option in Brazil but KIA is not interested to challenge VW, Ford, Hyundai, Fiat, Peouget, Citroen, Chery, Jac... Many people prefer equipped hatch cars due any reason than big SUV, pick up, etc... Also I don't understand why the price is expensive, $20000, wow!
Once you get into the top trim in any category, you could also look at a base trim in the next category up. It comes down to what you're looking for. Right now I'm specifically looking at the sub-compact category - I find they have a higher seating position than compacts or mid-size models .. I don't have to 'fall into' them the same way. A bad knee will make you consider these things. I was quite impressed with it on a test drive. No, it's not a race car. Depending what you're comparing it to, there may be no comparison. But I found the engine very responsive, the transmission was hitting the right gears at the right times, downshifting was quick and responsive, and at highway speeds, the interior was impressively quiet for the category. I drove the Rio5 (auto), Accent (6sp manual), Micra (5sp manual), and Versa Note (CVT) within a 4 hour span yesterday, so I feel like I got a very good comparison between the models. At the end of it all, I loved the pep of the Micra with the 5 speed manual (great power:weight ratio!), but if I was leaving the lot with one of the cars that day, I'd probably have a Rio in my driveway again. Overall build quality/drive feel was really the best of the bunch. Had the '03 RX-V new 15 years ago ... had a lot of fun with it. I did also notice the US model here had deletes for the heated seat/steering wheel buttons above the shifter. How sad that you don't get them in the US, where they are standard equipment from the base model up, here in Canada!
When saying the word "the" -- followed by a word beginning with a, e, i, o, u and sometimes y (vowels), Americans and North Americas must pronounce "the" like "thee" with a long e sound. Notice the actor in this review piece doesn't do it -- in my opinion, it makes him sound less than smart, in fact, it makes him sound simple.
