@@JasonTome oh man that is the worst, we had them snap one year in -36 F was the worst for powder to burn and stay alive. The deer were moving and we were shooting then cut a branch and tried using that no too hot of an idea but worked that time

Have you ever had your rifle barrel explode? The way you keep sticking the muzzle in the snow it wouldn't surprise me.

So excited to get on a track you left the ram rod in the truck? Lol. I thought I noticed the rod was missing from your gun early in the video. Something I would probably do. Lol. Can’t wait for this coming season. I track in Michigan’s upper peninsula. The woods look very similar! I would love to make it out East some year! Thanks for sharing your hunt with us!

Not only that, I left it at home 2 hours away! And thanks I'm glad you enjoyed. I hope to make it out west eventually as well.

Man you get in there that’s some thick shit and that’s where the big boys will be too some sick ass footage of how a monster lives and lives another day he knows he’s fighting for his life they are very smart animals I always try to think like they do but they live there yr. Round I don’t and yes get outsmarted too it’s ok they will make a mistake

Just advice I'm not an expert but a 18 minutes and 18 seconds when you said I think I jumped him Etc. that's when you have a sandwich, nice and quietly, and if you're 420 friendly do your thing then dear are attracted to it trust me they eat my pot plants every year and yes I have a medical marijuana card anywho, that's just my opinion that's what Hal does, and he's one of the best 👌 👍

I agree on the 420 friendly, the best lure for deer hands down! I have a story that’s 100% true about putting some lure in the air and within 10 minutes there was a 9 point 227 lb buck piled up! I’m glad a buddy was with me and witnessed it because no one would believe me it’s that crazy of an adventure!

I thought the video was excellent. My only complaint would be the audio.. Had to turn the volume up past 20 when you were whispering and then snap! Crack! So loud it woke my dog! Figure out a direct line to your camera and you'd be Golden!

You should have waited atleast half hour after jumping him. Pick track back up, and try again. Never shoot just at horns.

You should consider that you will save time when you hold a bad shot and wait for an accurate one. Other than that, pretty good video.

Really, you just let one fly because you saw antler? Honestly, that's disgusting. I'm 48 I've been hunting my whole life.in north Idaho public land, I don't think I've ever, just let one fly because I see antler I know I have not shot at big bucks because I didn't have a decent shot. I hope I am misunderstanding. But the way you said it,sounded like you saw antler, not knowing how the animal was standing or really seeing where your crosshairs were on its body.you just pointed in the direction and let it fly.if that's the case, you should be ashamed of your self I'd rather let a animal walk then gut shoot it

Not a very good example of ethical hunting. "I saw some antler as I let one fly". Good tracking video, horrible example of trying to bag a deer.

Yeah! When you actually Hunt, and get out in the Mountains, and track a Buck down, especially in the
North East, and in Soft Woods!
with very minimal lanes, and distances, yes AS SOON AS YOU SEE LEGAL ANTLERS!!!! YOU LET IT RIP!!!🦌🇺🇸💪
