I am SO EXCITED for these house reno vlogs! So excited for you and your family! Palmilla and bayside buff is my vote! I feel like they give the warm tones you are describing! I think either one would look great with the beige island, but maybe to narrow it down you could get a sample of the ikea cabinets or take the floor samples to ikea to help your decision.
I think the linen flooring would be best❤
Anything but linen!! Love the palmilla but I truly believe bayside buff is expensive looking as well. I like the selborn on and off but it looks strangely yellowed in some lighting!

I'm an interior architecture student and i use milanote so much. Its so helpful.
Your house will look amazingggg! Also i think the brass hardwares would look classy in the kitchen!! The flooring options are so good, so difficult to choose from but i think Palmilla would be the best one. What i have seen is that if the flooring has too much textures, it tends to get dirty a lot quicker and gets harder to clean even after mopping several times.
Also, the roof situation, you could also opt for a retractable roof which is much more flexible, in my opinion.
(I'm sorry i don't comment like this on people's videos at all but i really love ur videos and really want to suggest good things)

Pamila for the floors 🤩!! Doesn’t have much texture like the others , so it wont get dirty easily and hard to clean plus it would make the floor look spacious ✨

I think pamilla is probably the best option, I do know that my dad who works at home depot (for here in FL) absolutely recommends vinyl floors so it’s a good choice! I look forward to seeing more home reno vlogs!

palmila is my fav flooring, absolutely love the brass hardware in the kitchen, i feel like black is so overdone these days. Brass just give a more expensive, elegant feel i think
I think palmilla looks beautiful. As for hardware, I feel like black looks more sleek and modern, and brass feels more vintage and cozy. It depends on what look you want!❤

Just a tip, lay a white sheet down first and then lay down the floor samples. Then you can see them away from the warmth of the existing wood. Will give a more accurate idea. Same goes with paint - paint the wall section pure white first.
Also, for the most timeless choices, go for the most natural-looking vinyl (whichever that is) so you don’t end up with the regret that the grey-toned floor people have now that the trends have changed.
I love "Bayside Buff", but I can’t wait to see what you choose. I personally think brass would look beautiful with the aesthetic you’re going for.

Linen lingoda was my fav. The tone is a perfect inbetween it will look nice is natural and direct sunlight the grain adds character - it would perfect to compliment furniture of any colour and material is a perfect combination of warmth, texture but not overdone

So exciting! Love the last 2 flooring choices! I also prefer the gold hardware over the black. It feels warmer but the black is good, just slightly more austere.😊
For the flooring, I like palmilla and Bayside bluff! I think that the other ones are a little too yellow or a little too gray, but those two are a happy medium! I personally like Bayside bluff better because it is rustic. I think having rustic floors against a more formal home would make it a little more cozy. For knobs, I personally like a chunky wooden knob in the same color as the cabinets. But I do like the look of black against a darker cream. But if it's going to be more white, then I like a brass!

I am an interior architecture student so I love seeing all of this stuff in your chanel!! ❤One of the last two flooring for sure! Also for that appliance garage you could fake upper cabinets with just the doors there so it matches the rest of the kitchen!
I'm voting Bayside Buff!!! Looks like it would go well with most styles and colour palettes.

My whole house is swiss coffee, its the perfect warm, creamy white without being yellow!
IMO, Selborn and Buff resemble a truer wood floor look. I personally love the Buff as I think some grain would add warmth, although not sure how long your planks are?? We just installed luxury vinyl in our home and learned that the more color variation/texture/grain etc., then the longer planks look best (less busy) so we went with 9" W and 70" L for a more rustic/cozy look...however, it also took us three months to decide ! 🤣If you go 4' L then I'd stick with one that isn't too variegated/grainy.... all of your choices look pretty consistent so I don't think you can go wrong! Have fun and thanks for taking us along!!
I love Milanote! I used it for redesigning my mother in law's living room and it made it so easy to make sure everything looked good together. - I think brass hardware looks so nice in your space.

Hey Hayley 😊❤, I like the wooden floorings - Salbourne and Palmila. Neutral flawless floorings are always best because it gives clear thinking within the house. So that My eyes and mind don't get stuck in too many details.

I really like the last 2 floors you’ve showed, yes color looks for different on screen then in person!! I used evergreen fog in our bathroom in pictures and online it look lighter 😬!! I agree you should put clear panels to let light in!! TFS and crafty hugs ❤️🤗!!

Hiiii I think because you want so much light in the house and the light 💡 you end up choosing will reflect on the flooring, I think bayside buff would be awesome since you can always darken it up or lighten it up the most without looking too yellow/gray

I got vinyl throughout my cottage, I chose like a light washed oak colour. I really regret it and wish I had gone for the wooden floors instead! Nothing beats wood, the vinyl doesn’t come close and looks cheap in my opinion. I live in a humid place too. I am over the black hardware look too, my kitchen is like a cream shaker and I went for gold knobs and handles and a gold bridge tap and it looks fantastic and I’m glad I went for the gold Hardwear

Happy Belated Birthday! The house ideas look amazing and I will be trying Milanote for my outfit inspiration! I’m a huge fan of the linen lingoda and Pamilla the best, because that color always looks so nicely with several other paint colors so if you wanted to a do like an accent wall or something you could do it and the color looks great in both full light and no light which is important so it still looks nice during the night. Whatever y’all chose will be amazing for you and your life! Can’t wait for Haley the Builder 💪🏼🛠️

I'm back and forth on palmilla and Bayside buff! I'm so excited to see your new floors! Also another option for the patio, look up gondola roofs. This is what I have, with shades that I can roll down on the sides. 😊
I think Linen Lengoda or Palmilla (but it is a bit light), Bayside Buff I think would look a bit too rustic for your aesthetic. It’s amazing seeing this process from your pov and I can’t wait for the next updates!!!

In the current painted wall, I love palmilla the most but I'm not sure bcs idk what the painted wall will look like later👀I feel like it will go quite well with a bright wall but I'm scared it will look like one continues color if the wall turns out yellowish.

Which o like grays… but also I know it can be completely different color on camera then in person and if I see it it person may not like it….
