    ques: are these pure brine shrimp eggs? how did you get them to grow till this size. Ive not had good luck, mine only grew to hard 5mm in length before stopping and then eventually dying .

    Can grow brine shrimp without airstone? if yes whats the method?

      Personally, I breed them with airstones. It is also possible to raise brine shrimp without airstones. But will use the method of blowing air with a tube instead.
      I think it's the same method as Sea Monkeys Toy Pet.

      @@ZenkiSorawhat about ph and kh? What species of Artemia is used?

    • @ZenkiSora
      @ZenkiSora  Рік тому

      @@Earlwood_Official ph 8 to 8.5 and kh 8 to 11. Unfortunately, the product doesn't specify the species, but if I had to guess, I'd say it's The American Brine Shrimp (Artemia Franciscana).

      I’ve failed a couple times trying to raise BBS to adulthood lol, they don’t last more than three days for me…recently been trying to raise them in sea water, and feed them spiralina powder, hope it works…

      I do use an airstone and my water level is only about 3 liters. I think it’s the water…first time I used filtered water with coarse salt, hatched but all died in three days, second time I used fresh water tank water with coarse salt, failed too, then I used some green water from my balcony pond, added salt into it…failed too.
      Now I got some ocean water from a store and trying it out…
      Hope to get to where u are soon haha
