Old Harbour is the most populated town out of Kingston and Spanish Town, yet only 1 high-school, NO HOSPITAL. Repeat NO HOSPITAL. This makes it a poorly developed neighborhood. No proper engineering nor political leadership
Portmore is the actually the most populated town and it has no hospital. Old Harbour has one high school in the town but it has several high schools within 10 to 20 mins drive.
The house reminds me of Phoenix Park Village but the colour looks way better. I love that the peninsula has a "lip" so you can sit comfortably on your stool. Great design. Ps. the quality of your videos has improved, love the progress.
The house might be a little pricey, $120US but the lot size makes up. Nowhere in JA developers offers such large lots. But then I live in the US I don’t know.
People need to be aware that JN Bank who is developing this scheme is strategically selecting or giving first preference to those applicants that are willing to take out the mortgages only from them. Hence if you are planning to use NHT or any other Mortgager than JN Bank your chances of getting a unit will be minimal/close to zero.....

A 4,500 Sq ft lot, 2 bed, 1 bath, solar water heater system, 24-hour security, maintenance, etc. though steep for the price, is worth the lifetime period of same. Consider a 1 bed, 1 bath NHT house or quad being sold for 12m without any land space for expansion or even a vehicle. Plus they're fitted with cupboards and A/C units and solar panels. I think it's kinda worth it.
The developer could have done a better job of design, he's going backwards. Another Windows could have added to the living area. Kitchen design is poor. Wash area need to be added. Your work is impeccable as always. Congratulations.
This house is really not up to standard for 2022. There is no wash room, that wash thumb is an embarrassment. Where is the space for a washing machine? The wooden finish for the closets are so flimsy and have the potential to fall apart quickly. The kitchen fittings are cheaply done and the countertops will eventually sink in the middle, there is no difference between this development and the Gore development. However, while the land space and roofing are excellent, why should residents go through new harbour village 2 in order to access this property? Why not put your own entrance in place before advertise? Traffic going into new harbour 2 is always a nightmare, this development will make it more problematic. WHIM you can do so much better for your customers. Sigh
