Xiaomi 12 pro produces great pictures in this list. Samsung s21 Fe is also a great choice, however it's too old to buy now. I am not happy with Reno 8 pro. Realme gt 2 pro - i haven't tested it yet. Vivo v25 also produces good quality photos and videos.

You didn't mentioned your expectations from a phone. However my personal suggestion is to choose phones in this order. 1) Google pixel 6 or 7 series first. Very premium phone. 2) Xiaomi 12S Ultra (very good all rounder, camera is amazing) 3) oppo find X3 pro 4) Xiaomi 12 pro... Hope this helps.
