Angus Young was the main reason why I bought a Gibson SG when I was 13 years old. Saved every penny I could get my hands on for like two years straight. It was worth it. It is still my favorite axe to this day.
Now this is a wild freakin tune!!! First 3 AC/DC albums were mean and kick ass!!! This was the rowdy shit when I was a little younger. Long live Bon! ☮️
Bon Scott era ACDC is best. Brian Johnson was great, but thr way Bon worded his lyrics was masterful. Listen to literally every song he did, they are all amazing.
AC/DC wasn't fake! They didn't care about fads and fashions. Blue collar band for sure. They gave it 120% every show and started on time. Being simple took them to the top where they still are even at their ages. One of the best bands ever!
You can Mr Bon Scott for writing 90% of the lyrics open till his death in February of 1980. One of the absolute best frontman in rock history and up until this day it is always been suspected that he fully Road You Shook Me All Night Long off of Back in Black and probably had some lyrics and other songs but was never credited. But yet his family still receives royalties from that album. ???
Finally! F’n Bon Scott!!!!!! Bad Ass!!! Billy ya gotta notice the singer is different! Brian Johnson is cool but I gotta give it to Bon Scott! Do Sin City or Jailbreak with Bon Scot next. Or Dirty Deeds Done Dirt Cheap!
You’ll notice back then everyone stood more or less behind Angus because he needed the space when the music took him that stage was his, He’d go so deep into the music and become so exhausted that he’d have to go back stage for a few blasts of Oxygen before the next song, He was a powerhouse running literally from one end of the stage to the other he’d headbang and duck walk like crazy there was no stopping him that’s why the stage is always kept clear.
I clicked this video so fucking fast lol it's nice to see a reaction to a lesser known killer song. Other great AC/DC ones you don't hear on the radio are Beating Around The Bush (same album) Fire Your Guns, What Do You Do For Money Honey, Ball Breaker and Guns For Hire.
I rember in the late 70's getting Highway to Hell and Van Halen first album purely by accident when my mother bought nine albums from Columbia House Records and got two bonus albums that she checked off not having no idea who they were! Talk about divine intervention! lmao!!
One of my best friends was called the Traveler Bank Robber. This is the song he listened to before he went inside the bank. If im still alive Marty ill see u in 2030 my friend..
About f’ing time someone does a BON SCOTT ERA AC/DC reaction!!!!! Billy you can take any (and I mean ANY) BON SCOTT ERA AC/DC SONG and you and us fans will love it... your the first I have found to have done so. So pick any song BON SCOTT and react away!!!!
Looked at my UA-cam feed this morning before work and saw this reaction video on my screen. Song was stuck in my head all day! Had to listen when I got home. Great pick, can't believe I've never seen bon Scott actually perform before in all my years! Lol
AC/DC was proof that you don't need to be super-technical, or, shreddy to be an incredible Rock'N'Roll band. A deep, solid Blues foundation, and, the most charismatic frontman in music history is all you need.
Subscribed for the AC/DC videos! That's The Way I Wanna Rock N Roll for some awesome 80's cheese Live Wire (1979 Paris) to see Angus go apes**t ballistic LIVE
Bon Scott is the One! Unlike Brian Johnson, he could fucking SING, but still make it sound vicious. He could be seductive and pull the meaning of the song, unlike Brian who just screams everything.
AC/DC’s energy is the gift that keeps on giving.
ACDC is Best with Bon Scott , please do more Billy - R.I.P. Bon & Malcolm 🌹
PaPaDew 1968 true 🌹
Ac/dc the Bon scott era, there aint a bad song to be found🤘🇸🇪😊
True, but they did one ballad that was horrible. Can't remember the name of the song. Truly the worst ac dc song ever.
@@larryh.5229 blasphemy haha are you talking about love song?
Larry H. Was it cold hearted man?
Ive heard some people had a problem with that song🥴
@@Boman-Boys .....craze said the name...."love song" is the song.
Larry H. Oh sorry...yeah...that song aint bad but its not on my top ten🥴
Angus Young was the main reason why I bought a Gibson SG when I was 13 years old. Saved every penny I could get my hands on for like two years straight. It was worth it. It is still my favorite axe to this day.
Bon and Angus are such a runaway freight train
Angus duck walk is based on the great Chuck Berry.
@Mike Forti He took the Duck walk and increased it times 10 :)
That's a goose step my brother
Chuck berry on cocaine!!!!!
@@mikeyb8040 No that was a Nazi Dance.
Angus' move is called the "duck walk", made famous in the '50s by Chuck Berry! 😁🤗
One of their best songs of all time, glad you found this!!!
Amazing how timeless ACDC is! Regardless which lead/genre they are truly gonna be missed!
AC/DC's over is always on BROIL = Legends!!!
Now this is a wild freakin tune!!! First 3 AC/DC albums were mean and kick ass!!! This was the rowdy shit when I was a little younger. Long live Bon! ☮️
RIP Bon and Malcolm
Not trying to be disrespectful, but how do you mean with first three? Highway to hell is the fifth studioalbum, right?
Oh yes Bon Scott! Whole lotta Rosie by acdc please. About a big fat woman he took on down in Tasmania. All class!
One of the best riffs EVAR :) \m/
Definitely Whole Lotta Rosie, one of their best!
Bon Scott, what a front man. And acdc iin this period for me... Well if someone told me I had to follow them on stage I'd just pack up and go home.
The Duck Walk was Chuck Berry's move stolen by Angus!
Bon Scott era ACDC is best.
Brian Johnson was great, but thr way Bon worded his lyrics was masterful. Listen to literally every song he did, they are all amazing.
Damn, this is early AC/DC. Cool, you’re getting to witness the real energy of Angus and, their original frontman Bon Scott.
Ah...The Bon Scott years. Nearly every song had dirty lyrics. And we loved them for it!
The greatest song ever
AC/DC wasn't fake! They didn't care about fads and fashions. Blue collar band for sure. They gave it 120% every show and started on time. Being simple took them to the top where they still are even at their ages. One of the best bands ever!

Angus Young is a showman in all his glory.
Never a disappointment.

The Powerage album is a beast also,
Preheating. Love it man.
I am so jealous that you get to experience this music for the first time. Feels great, don’t it?
I'm 61. ACDC has been my favorite band since I was 16. My 14 year old grandson and I bonded over them.
You can’t go wrong with any song on the highway to hell album. Night prowler or highway to hell next

Your energy during the solo is the best thing ever
Angus!!! Killed it
Whole Lotta Rosie is sooo good it gets extended solo. Be sure to catch a 70's version with Bon.
The most underated acdc song ever. The guitars of angus and malcom in this one will change your life
Acdc ...you, shook me all night long. BANGER. U WONT be disappointed 😉
Angus's best solo IMHO.
i’m unsure why others don’t see this truth.
AC/DC is pure rock energy, and you can't help feeling it. Give Evil Walks a listen.
I love to watch young people see great guitar performances. And this is def one of those. 💪🏽 This young guy has great energy.
Sin City...and make sure it's Bon singing.
Whole lotta Rosie from the Let There Be Rock movie live in Paris. If you like Angus here watch that movie. He will blow you away

JUDAS PRIEST Evening Star, if you want to hear what a kick ass vocalist is. Hle is now in his late 60's and he can still sing!!
You gotta play that album in it's entirety non stop if you really wanna rock out man
„Beating around the bush“ 🤙🏼🤙🏼😉
That was on fire!
I rember in the late 70's getting Highway to Hell and Van Halen first album purely by accident when my mother bought nine albums from Columbia House Records and got two bonus albums that she checked off not having no idea who they were! Talk about divine intervention! lmao!!

His laugh during the guitar solo kills me every time😂😂😂
Thanks man. I always loved this song. And the guitar power chords are to die for! Watching Scott Ian do this track a couple of years back was so good.
Brian did a great job BUT Scott is an always be KING
From the Final Scott Album Highway To Hell. Produced by Future Def Leppard Producer Robert "Mutt" Lange.

The best songs on that album were Touch Too Much and If You Want Blood.

AC/DC 'Ride On' or 'Gone shootin'
RIDE ON !!! one of my all time favorites

You should see some old AC/DC live footage of them in smaller venues. Angus young is absolutely insane and his energy level is off the charts.

Dude, if you were still in, you could play it on CQ around 0300 to keep you awake in that looong stretch.
ACDC's Jailbreak (Live at Donington) is a really good one. Has one of my favorite Angus solos in it.
Great review of an AC/DC classic.
