As a leader we must have very strong feedback system and to check the ground reality of any policy or strategy I will do independent joint work with MR for minimum 6 days and I will also take regular feedback from my team. 2. Through team ranking we can differentiate between performers and leggards but it should be based on certain parameters like involvement, hard work, sales of new products, respect in the team and desire to improve. 3. 1. As a leader we must have very strong feedback system and to check the ground reality of any policy or strategy I will do independent joint work with MR for minimum 6 days and I will also take regular feedback from my team.
2. Through team ranking we can differentiate between performers and leggards but it should be based on certain parameters like involvement, hard work, sales of new products, respect in the team and desire to improve.
3. Since our inception, we firmly believe in 3P's i.e. if we have good people, strong process and products then we are responsible for good growth too.
