Landing Joule's right click spawns a Lightning Orb. Dashing through or otherwise picking up the Lightning Orb refreshes your dash cooldown
How did you gain enough height to pass the wall a 9:13 ?
If you go in.the abyss the wind boost you up and can use that one second up in the air to pass it

the game is one week old my brother, there are all kinds of people everywhere
God knows why they don't sperate the pubs and ranked lobby

League already has trouble matching 10 people of similar rank in a lobby, imagine now with 40 and a lower playerbase.
