How to Freeze Prune Plums

Freezing plums is easy. I layer them it plastic freezer zip bags but they can also be frozen in single layers. I leave frozen fruit out on the counter long enough to break apart, what I want with a steak knife and put the rest of the frozen fruit back in the freezer. I like to thaw juicy fruits about 3/4 of the way before adding to fruit salads. Bananas and berries I add to fruit salads straight from the freezer. Prune plums are the same as dried prunes and are good for the digestive trait and is natures stool softener.
