no one is talking about how the blend of their voices is *flawless* like after the first chorus when troye takes the lead in the verse it's hard to differentiate between their voices unless you're watching the video because they blend so well and sound similar

But otherwise they do have some similarities in their voices so I can understand when people can't differentiate them.
Both had an amazing voice. I totally love them with all my heart. But most of the times it won't ever sound the same way, if we compare live sessions with a post production recording (sad but true) and in the case of them, the post production effects could be "counterproductive" if won't were well used (my humble opinion). Sometimes at the post production, the voices can get attenuated more than needed. Even at live concerts, if the equalization gets furthermore than we truly want as engeriers or musicians, we won't get the feelings as those were expressed.
